A 50% down payment is required before project commencement.
The remaining balance is due upon completion and before website launch.
Content
Client‑provided content: Photos, videos, and text must be supplied by the client.
Additional content: If the client cannot provide content, RG Web Solutions may supply stock photos, videos, or copywriting at an additional cost.
Inclusions
Free domain registration for 1 year.
Free web hosting for 1 year.
Free SSL certificate for 1 year.
Free business email accounts (2–5 accounts depending on package).
Renewal
Domain, hosting, SSL, and business email packages renew yearly.
Renewal fees apply based on current rates.
Page Limits
Starter Package: Up to 3 pages.
Premium Package: 5–7 pages.
Additional Pages: ₱500–₱1000 per page depending on complexity.
Site Access Disclaimer
RG Web Solutions is not responsible for issues, errors, or broken functionality if the client requests access and makes edits directly.
Repairs caused by client edits will be billed separately under maintenance services.
Maintenance Clause
If client edits result in errors or downtime, RG Web Solutions may provide repair services at the agreed maintenance or hourly rate.
Preventive maintenance packages are available to minimize risks.
Intellectual Property
Completed projects remain the property of the client once full payment is received.
RG Web Solutions retains the right to showcase completed work in portfolios unless otherwise agreed.
Limitation of Liability
RG Web Solutions is not liable for damages resulting from misuse, third‑party services, or downtime beyond our control.
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Philippines.
